This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on floydsummit.com, operated by FLOYD SUMMITVALE WHOLESALE LLC (“we”, “us”).
Where we ship
We currently ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international destinations. Larger furniture items may not be deliverable to P.O. boxes.
Processing time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, peak seasons or other events outside our control may occasionally extend delivery times. Orders may ship in more than one package; you will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@floydsummit.com.
Sales tax
Kentucky sales tax (6%) is charged on orders delivered to Kentucky addresses, including on shipping charges where applicable. Sales tax for other states is collected where required by law. Applicable tax is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building office and contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout may be the customer’s responsibility.
