About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of floydsummit.com and any purchase you make from FLOYD SUMMITVALE WHOLESALE LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may appear differently on different screens, and dimensions and weights are approximate. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Prices and availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot verify payment or shipping information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Payment and taxes
Payment is due at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax, including 6% Kentucky sales tax on orders delivered to Kentucky, is calculated and shown at checkout.
Shipping, risk of loss and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Product use and assembly
Please follow all included assembly, weight-capacity and care instructions. Anchor tall furniture to the wall where anti-tip hardware is provided. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper assembly or modification of a product.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and product photography, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
