We want you to be happy with your purchase from floydsummit.com. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work with FLOYD SUMMITVALE WHOLESALE LLC.
30-day return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled (for furniture), in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging with all parts, hardware and accessories.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization or more than 30 days after delivery
- Items missing original packaging, parts or hardware
- Gift cards (if offered)
How to start a return
- Email sales@floydsummit.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within one business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions, including the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the RA number on the outside of the box and ship it within 10 days of receiving your RA.
Returns sent without an RA number, or sent to an address other than the one we provide, may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping costs
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and will send you a prepaid label or arrange a replacement. Please report these within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- All other returns (e.g., changed your mind): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and if your order received free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. Items returned in a condition that does not meet this policy may receive a partial refund or be sent back to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly ship a replacement at no charge, subject to availability.
Order cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Please contact us as soon as possible; once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
Wholesale orders
Return terms for wholesale and bulk orders are set out in the written quote or invoice for that order.
